Who answers when you're mid-treatment?
Brooke answers your practice's line, takes consult bookings and after-hours inquiries, and gets post-treatment concerns to a person. Every call, every hour. Month to month, on the number you already have.
Of 2,227 med spas we counted across six states, 53% close their phones by 6pm. The client who finally decides on the consult tonight, on the couch, at 8pm, is calling someone.
Scripted example of an 8pm consult call. The live line is the real thing.
Call BrookeThe phone closes at 6. The consult gets decided at 8.
We counted the hours 2,227 med spas publish across six states. We didn't call them, and we say so. The third number is a vendor's survey, labeled as one.
Also from the same Zenoti survey: 83% say calling is the easiest way to update an appointment, and 73% prefer a spa that offers after-hours support. Krescale has not made mystery calls to med spas yet. When we have, the results go here.
One call. Consult captured, provider texted, window held.
The client gets a person on the first ring. Your team gets the consult details by text before the call ends. Two windows are held, for your practice to confirm. Scripted example; the live line is the real thing.
Treatment interest. Whether she's had it before. Preferred days, times and provider. How she heard about you.
No medical history, medications or pregnancy status collected. Just what a booking needs.
She offers windows. Your practice confirms the exact time. Nothing is promised about results or price.
You hear it before you pay for it.
Nothing to install, nothing to port. Every test call goes through you before anything goes live.
We build Brooke for your practice
Your treatments, your providers, your hours, your consult fee if you have one, the one or two prices you want quoted and nothing else. One call with Shane, and the build starts the same day.
You listen, you change things, you approve
Test calls land in your inbox. Ask her what Botox costs and listen to what she won't quote. Text what to change. Nothing goes live until you've said yes.
You forward the calls you choose
After hours, on missed calls, or every call. One setting on your phone system, undone in a minute. Your number stays yours.
Books the consult. Protects the client. Never plays clinician.
The figure next to each item is the proof we actually have, or an honest blank.
Books consults
Name and number read back. Treatment interest. Whether they've had it before. Two preferred windows and a preferred provider. How they heard about you. Your practice confirms the exact time.
Takes after-hours inquiries
The 8pm "do you do this" call. The Sunday "how soon can I get in" call. Answered on the first ring and captured, instead of lost to a closed sign.
Sorts existing clients
Reschedules, questions, a post-treatment check-in. Each one routed the way you've told her to route it, with the details read back.
Escalates post-treatment concerns
Swelling, vision changes, severe pain, trouble breathing, a rash or blistering, a fever. She tells the caller to call 911 if it's severe or getting worse, then escalates to you. She never says it's normal.
Protects privacy
She never volunteers that a number has called before and never names a treatment first. "Calling back about your Botox consultation?" to a spouse is exactly the sentence she is built not to say.
Never advises or quotes
No medical advice, no comments on appearance, age or weight, no talk of other clients, no promised results, no prices you haven't written down.
One setup fee. One flat monthly. Month to month.
No contract, no per-call surprises, no portal to log into. Thirty days' notice to leave, and you leave with your number and your data.
Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Included minutes and the per-minute overage are written into your agreement before you sign, so the number on the invoice is the number you expected.
The questions practices actually ask.
Is Brooke a person?
No. She's software, and she says so in the first sentence of every call, along with the recording notice. Call her and ask.
Will my clients actually talk to her?
In a September 2025 Zenoti survey of 1,107 Americans, 71% of med spa clients said they're comfortable interacting with an AI receptionist, and comfort peaked at 80% among 45 to 60 year olds. That's their number, not ours. Call the line and judge for yourself.
Where does client information go?
To your practice and nowhere else: texted as it's captured, logged with the recording and transcript, exportable anytime. She never volunteers a prior call and never names a treatment first. She doesn't collect medical history, medications or pregnancy status. We don't claim HIPAA compliance; if your workflow needs protected health information, that starts with a written agreement.
Why flat pricing instead of per call?
Because a line you're nervous to let ring is a line you'll turn off. A flat $600 means a busy month costs what a quiet month costs. Included minutes and the overage rate are written down before you sign.
What happens if I leave?
You give 30 days' notice. You remove the forwarding on your phone system, which takes a minute, because your number was always yours. You export your recordings, transcripts and call logs. That's it.
How fast does it go live?
Five to seven days from the setup call. Most of that is you listening to test calls and telling us what to change. Nothing goes live on your number until you've heard it and said yes.
Call Brooke. Ask about Botox.
She'll book the consult the way she'd book it for your practice, and she won't quote a price you didn't write down.
